Not Good Enough

Everyone is always talking about how teenagers are so moody and depressing. But honestly, it's not entirely our fault. We are constantly being told what is wrong with us. We hear it from our teachers, parents, siblings, peers, and just about everyone else around us. We are never smart enough, never attractive enough, never popular enough. Teenagers are always either labled as whores or prudes, we are always thought to be either geeks or delinquents, we are labeled constantly. You can be preppy, emo, scene, goth, hipster, but no matter what, we are never good enough. im so sick of it.
So could we all please just try and throw a compliment out instead of spitting insults. Rather than complaining about everything that is wrong with people, maybe praise them for the things they are doing right.
And if you are the one getting beat on all the time, remember that nobody is perfect. You cant ever be flawless because nobody is, but dont EVER believe that you are not good enough, because you are so much more than that. You are wonderful just the way you are, and don't let anyone make you believe any different
